Fees, Payments and Refund Policy

  1. The Software and additional services are available under subscription plans of one month durations. The terms of our subscription plans are available at [].
  2. Payments for subscription plans can be made only by Credit Card/PayPal (by “Bluesnap”). Your subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of each subscription period unless you inform us that you do not wish to renew the subscription. At the time of automatic renewal, the subscription fee will be charged to the Credit Card/PayPal account last used by you. If you do not wish to renew the subscription, you must cancel your subscription at []
    at least seven days prior to the renewal date. If you have not informed us that you do not wish to renew the subscription, you will be presumed to have authorized WakingApp Ltd. to charge the subscription fee to the credit card last used by you.
  3. If you cancel a subscription within 48 hours of your initial order, you’ll be fully refunded. Should you cancel after 48 hours, your payment is non-refundable and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period. The subscription plans’ monthly rate is subject to change, but you will be notified of any change in your monthly rate with the option to cancel in accordance with these terms.
  4. Storage/Traffic plans are non-refundable once they have been used, including partial use.
